Step 1: First, you need to place an order for the polaroids/photo booth strips from the website for as many sets as you want. Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a 4-digit order ID, like #1050.

Step 2: Below the Add to Cart button, there is a Send Images on WhatsApp button. Click on it and share your photos along with the order ID there.

That’s it! Now sit back and relax — we’ll take care of the rest.

At GenZCustom.in, we are committed to providing high-quality custom products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.
2. Take a Video : Take a clear Video When You Unboxing the Products.
3. Incorrect Items: If we accidentally send you the wrong item(s), please reach out to us within 7 Days. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and will take back the incorrect item at no extra cost.
4. Non-Customized Items: If you’ve purchased a non-customized item and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 Days of receiving the order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping fees will be at your expense.
5. Customized Items: As our products are custom-made according to your preferences, we do not offer refunds for customized items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Method
