To ensure a smooth process and timely delivery of your Custom Magazine, please carefully follow the guidelines below while submitting your content:

• Emojis are not allowed in the text
• Language must be English only
• Please submit the exact number of photos as per your order. A small variation of 3–4 images more or less is acceptable; however, submitting significantly more or fewer images may affect the final design and layout
• Content must be shared within 48 hours of placing the order. Any delay in submission will result in a corresponding delay in delivery
• Share high-resolution images in .PNG or .JPG format via WhatsApp only
• Do not send images in PDF or document formats

Designing Timeline & Revisions

• The designing process may take 5–7 working days
• You will receive one draft for approval
• Up to 3 revisions are allowed, limited to:
• Text replacement
• Image swapping
• Page reordering

Please note that layout or template changes are not permitted. The final layout is designed based on the images provided. If photos are low resolution, include mostly group shots, landscape images, or only selfies, necessary adjustments will be made to achieve the best possible design.

The final selection and arrangement of pages will be determined based on what works best with your photos.

Any requests beyond 3 changes, including layout modifications or extensive edits, will incur additional charges.

Can we request an additional copy?
Yes. After placing your order, you can message us on WhatsApp to request an additional copy of your Custom Magazine. Pricing starts from INR 399 and varies based on the number of pages.

Can we increase the number of pages?
Yes. The Custom Magazine can accommodate up to 40 pages. Once your order is placed, share your requirements with us and we will assist you further. Additional pages can only be added in multiples of 4 pages, charged at INR 200 per page.
